Case Competitions

Case competitions allow students to work together in a competitive setting against other teams to try and develop the best solution to a business case study within an allocated time frame. Judges rate teams’ presentations based on their proposed solution to the case study problem. Case competitions allow students the opportunity to work together, use their education and experience in a time-sensitive situation and exposes them to industry executives.

About Case Competitions

Case competitions are ways for students to apply the skills learned in the classroom to analyze a business challenge and recommend a course of action.

Why Participate

Case competitions provide students with the ability to network with other future professionals from leading schools to meet high-profile executives, and to experience the pressures of the real world in a learning environment.

Opportunity

While some competitions are open to other schools, some are only open to CAHME-accredited programs. Many provide significant prize awards and recognition.
