Starting Sunday, March 26, 2017, more than 4,000 executives from around the globe will attend the ACHE Congress on Healthcare Leadership. ACHE is one of the founding members of CAHME, and has been a stalwart supporter of high quality graduate healthcare management education across our nearly 50 year history. Personally, ACHE has done much to help me during my career, and if you look carefully, you can see in my picture that I proudly wear my ACHE lapel pin! CAHME will be at many ACHE events and speaking engagements.

I serve as Chair of the Board Quality Committee at Bon Secours Baltimore Health System. Working with Shelly Buck the COO/Chief Nurse Executive, Bon Secours Baltimore Health System, we will review the way that the board and management worked to improve the patient experience for that facility in West Baltimore. To date, 55 people have signed up for these sessions.

CAHME’s Director of Business Development, Neel Pathak will speak with CAHME Board Member and HIMSS Vice President of Professional Development, JoAnn Klinedinst. This session will help attendees create a career plan for professional development. There will be a focus on identifying the key components for career success.
