Jennifer Pitts currently serves as Vice President of Products, Programs, and Certification for the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ). In this role, she oversees NAHQ’s full professional portfolio, including the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) certification, NAHQ’s suite of micro-credentials, the NAHQ NEXT annual conference, and the association’s education and membership programs. Jennifer leads strategy and innovation for NAHQ’s Healthcare Quality Competency Framework, ensuring alignment of NAHQ’s offerings with the evolving needs of healthcare organizations and professionals nationwide. Prior to joining NAHQ in 2015, Jennifer held leadership roles in healthcare education and professional development, specializing in curriculum design, accreditation, and large-scale virtual learning initiatives. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Toledo and a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from the University of Chicago. Jennifer is passionate about advancing the field of healthcare quality and developing the next generation of leaders equipped to drive improvement across the healthcare continuum.
