Tecia Mentzer
Manager, Program Development
Tecia Mentzer is the Manager, Program Development at CAHME. In this role she is responsible for details regarding scheduling of fellows and providing analytical support to measure and report on the financial and operational performance of CAHME.
Prior to this role with CAHME, Tecia held various finance roles in both the public and government sectors. In her most recent role as an Internal Auditor for Toll Brothers, Inc she performed in depth audits as a measure of compliance with Corporate Internal Audit standards. In addition to financial auditing she reviewed procedural and operational functions within the Toll Brother’s home building communities across the United States.
Tecia also previously held a role as a Financial Analyst for Lockheed Martin managing multi-million dollar FMS program accounts that funded the purchase of military assets. She reconciled accounts across multiple platforms to ensure funds were allocated to the appropriate parts, shipping and logistics, as well as repairs. She was able to provide the high attention to detail and discretion required for this position, while also being trusted to train new team members and represent the company with new customers in hopes of acquiring additional business.
Tecia received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of North Texas located in Denton, Texas.
