How to Change Your Competency Model: Dalhousie’s Leap to LEADS

In this exclusive CLC session we will walk through the process of switching out your program’s competency model, from stakeholder engagement to first year review. Join Ben Tait, Curriculum and Evaluation Coordinator of Dalhousie’s MHA, to discuss the challenges and rewards of this key transition. Attendees will be invited to link the lessons learned through Dalhousie’s adoption of the LEADS framework directly back to their own, unique settings. Dalhousie’s in-person, cohort based MHA has been an accredited CAHME program since 1991, and is Canada’s only accredited English-language MHA. Ben is a teaching and learning specialist embedded within Dalhousie’s School of Health Administration, and a CAHME site visitor.
