CAHME Featured in the Baldrige Chronicle of Leadership and Management

CAHME is featured in The Baldrige Foundation’s Institute for Performance Excellence: Chronicle of Leadership and Management (Volume 4, Number 1) in an in-depth article examining how the Baldrige Excellence Framework is applied through CAHME’s accreditation model to create sustainable value in graduate healthcare management education. The article appears on pages 8–23 of the journal.

The article is co-authored by Daniel J. West, Jr., PhD, LFACHE, FACMPE, Chair of CAHME’s Global Accreditation Advisory Council and Professor Emeritus in the Department of Health Administration and Human Resources at the University of Scranton, and Anthony Stanowski, DHA, former CAHME President and CEO. Together, the authors explore CAHME’s evolution toward an outcomes-driven, competency-based accreditation approach grounded in continuous quality improvement.

The article highlights how data analytics, benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement inform CAHME’s governance, strategic planning, accreditation standards, and performance management practices, while reinforcing CAHME’s leadership in accountability, innovation, and global accreditation.
